About us
HISTORICAL
In 1897, the two Ellmau innkeepers Kaisermann from Gasthof Post and Stöckl from Gasthaus Lobewein acquired an old cast-iron fountain from the town of Kufstein for one hundred guilders, which bears the Kufstein town coat of arms. This is today’s Florianibrunnen between the two inns. It was cast by the S. Kustermann company in Munich in 1864 and stood in Kufstein from 1865 to 1895. It was erected in Ellmau around 1900.
